About Jennifer

Wellness Manager & Communication Coach- Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working in the field of psychology after earning her M.A. degree in Counseling and Psychological Services. Positive Psychology practices are a focus in her work. Her experience helping others includes counseling individuals, families and groups in addition to teaching psychology and success skills to a diverse population of college students. Her training work developed naturally from these experiences and combine well with her enthusiastic, intuitive and engaging personality.

She is currently a psychology instructor at Rochester Community and Technical College in Rochester, MN and Normandale College in Bloomington along with managing her wellness & coaching business.

Reiki Master- Throughout her work, Jennifer has always been interested in finding ways to maximize a person’s healing capabilities. After experiencing the benefits of reiki as a patient for many years, she became trained as a master level practitioner to offer it to others. Her reiki sessions are a practical and supportive way to offer one on one sessions with immediate results of balance and well-being for each individual.
